We Are YOGA MATters

Our mission is to provide a safe yoga practice that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit by intuitively guiding students through sequences that build strength through the breath.  The practice of yoga can help increase one's sense of self-awareness that leads to a better focus on areas of life which matter most.  We believe YOGA MATters, because we believe that YOU matter.

Yoga at Home

Fundamentals of Yoga and Beyond

This class will explore basic variations of yoga poses to strengthen muscle as well as increase balance and flexibility. Practice may incorporate weights, resistance bands, barre, and other tools to keep the class exciting and innovative.

 

Learn to take care of yourself mentally and physically by letting go of weakness while building strength. Rest is encouraged when needed. You can join back in when ready. Variations to all poses will be offered. Hands-on assists and verbal cues will be available. All classes are breath and core based. Students will flow through vinyasas, balance, and stretch to surrender and heal their mind and body.

Suitable for all levels and those new to yoga. Classes are 45 minutes long and mildly heated to 80°F. Admittance to class will begin 15 minutes before start time.

Yoga Class

Yoga TikTok

This innovative class explores yoga as it evolves into 2022. The theme is extreme, the music current and the class intense. We’ll share with the world through TikTok’s portal our proven techniques that we’ve developed over the last decade. We’ll explore variations of Sun A’s & B’s, balancing poses, deep stretching, back bends, and to infinity. We’ll also share our workout programs for floating to the top, inversions, arm balances, shakti and shiva. Plan on having fun as you progress at your own pace(with encouragement) in this self driven class.

All classes may use resistance bands or pipes at the teacher’s discretion. Our classes are all levels, mildly heated, and 45 minutes long.  Admittance to class will begin 15 minutes before start time.
